We’re a pair of natural-born relationship builders.

After years of recruiting side by side in previous companies, finding our own clients and filling every role ourselves, we realized something: we’re such a good team.

So we took the leap and built Rise & Shine Talent Partners, a boutique recruiting agency focused on helping companies hire standout, client-facing talent.

We both bring sparkly personalities (the kind we now look for in candidates!) and a deep understanding of what makes someone not just a good hire, but a lasting one. We only work with clients we genuinely vibe with, and we only place people we’d want representing our own business.
